You must be 21 or older. You confirm your age when you start the challenge and again when you create an account. We do not verify it beyond asking you.

Practice and coaching. Specifically: the challenge and its results are free; $4.95 buys the detailed report and the 7-day starter program as a single charge that does not renew; and $19.95 per month buys ongoing practice, assignments, and progress reviews as a subscription you choose separately.

We do not promise dates, matches, relationships, or any romantic or sexual outcome. Any service that promises those is lying to you.

One-time charge of $4.95. This does not start a subscription and will not renew. Nothing further is charged unless you separately choose membership.

$19.95 per month, charged today and every month on the same date until you cancel. Cancel any time from Account — access runs to the end of the period you already paid for.

You can cancel a subscription yourself at any time from the Account page — one button, no email required. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If a payment fails, subscription features pause until it clears. Every charge appears in Account with a receipt number.

The Wingman, Practice Partner, and Debrief Coach are AI. The practice characters are fictional. No real person reads your conversations to review you, and we do not claim any expert, contributor, or real individual has assessed you.

AI output can be wrong. Treat it as a training partner, not as professional advice. It is not therapy, and it is not a substitute for talking to a doctor or a therapist.

Do not use this service to plan or rehearse harassment, coercion, stalking, or contact with anyone under 18. Do not attempt to make the practice characters produce sexual content involving minors or non-consenting people. Accounts doing any of this are terminated without refund.

You keep ownership of what you write. We store your conversations so the coach can remember your progress, and you can delete them, or your whole account, at any time from Account. We do not sell your data and we do not put your conversation contents into advertising events.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for outcomes in your personal life. Our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months.
